Another moment of irony is a news network watched by people who have very little firsthand or even fourth-hand knowledge of the rest of planet outside of America (and their homecounty) telling people how things are in another country despite the people of that country saying otherwise like the freaking Prime Minister of the UK and yet despite all evidence to the contrary this myopic view is defended and espoused upon by their ill-informed viewers. "No, seriously I heard this place in Europe that I've never been to and probably never will is swarming with terrorists and they practically run the country. And serves them anti-gun socialist commies right anyhow!"

  2. At the very least Fox was able to bring some laughs to France in the wake of this tragedy. I just love the line "he has first-hand knowledge, he has been to those No-Go Zones" and thus contradicting the term "No-Go." Brilliant!
