  1. These conservatives represent a primitive form of religious thinking where they worship nebulous concepts they really don't comprehend. The Bible and the Constitution to them are powerful tomes of esoteric knowledge that simply referring to them is enough. This is why many of them will spout "We need to follow the Bible/Constitution!" and "Put God back in school!" thinking this will magically fix things.
