If she had tried to stop the bleeding by applying pressure as anyone would want to do to save a loved one she would have been shot and killed too by this maniac. If you or someone is shot by a cop they are going to let you or them bleed out.

What is it with cops unloading on suspects? They don't shoot once or even twice but multiple times until the suspect is swiss cheese. Many people if shot once would stop want they are doing because they don't want to get shot again and die. As a temporary measure I think they need to go back to their old revolvers where they had to be more careful with their shots and they couldn't rapid fire like a maniac.
