  1. that and our judicial system - it needs poor people to sell cheap goods, cheap liquor and tobacco, to fine then to jail for not paying fines thus getting state&federal funds for housing said prisoners, to sell bail bonds to family members and the whole time justifying the existence and salaries of police, judges, correctional officers, bailbondsman, etc...
