Israel has by its own actions and words made itself a pariah state. I've not seen this level of disgust for a country since the old apartheid regime of South Africa.

The article talks about the weaponization of sexual assault by Hamas but what this article represents is another type of weaponization - using such stories to dehumanize other people. The more lurid the stories the more Israelis felt justified in what they were doing in Gaza or felt the government wasn't doing enough to avenge the "atrocities" of Oct 7th. Pushing such propaganda should be a war crime in itself.

@Margowhaychansky I don't think the IDF went out of the way to kill Hind. They used her to lure in medical workers and ambush them thus weakening aid care in Gaza. Hind was likely caught in the destruction and the IDF simply didn't care as she had served their purpose.
