@titanmode3888 Africa is a vast continent not a country. It's made up of 3000 ethnicities. Saying Egyptians were black shows you know very little of the ethnic complexities of that continent when you reduce it all down to one color.

@drdaveyjones6216 this is the irony. In the Afrocentric zeal to turn everyone black from Cleopatra to samurai, actual black history especially African American history is ignored.

@1000_Jeezai it wasn't a film but a documentary that stated it was telling the truth. The problem with stating Cleopatra was "black" is that it flies in the face of every piece of evidence we have on Cleopatra - contemporary images on coins and busts and her lineage being Greek Macedonian.

@JoyceWilliams-zd8kh Egyptians are Egyptians. They have genetic connections to the original inhabitants of the land. Just because they speak Arabic does not make them "Arab." Hate to break your bubble of ignorance.

@BlackEgypt the point is that those who say Ancient Egyptians are "black" or this mythical people who settled the planet 100,000 years ago were "black" don't understand the complexities of ethnicity. BTW "Africa" is a European word from Latin.
