Avatar seems to have dropped off the pop culture map. Hardly anyone talks about it except to reference it box office records. Despite these records, it's a rather forgettable flick IMHO that few care to rewatch. It's unlikely it will be revived as a cult classic or an overlooked gem. It'll be one of those things that were extremely popular in their day but nearly forgotten in later times (like now).
