  1. lol! dead man's corner is what I used to avoid the bulls and the rushing crowd. The bulls swing wide to the left at the corner. If you are over there you're likely to get trampled but if you are to the right a little way up on that narrow street they will pass you by as they tend to hug the left side after making that sharp turn. Last time I was there in 2004 I did the run 5 times and would let them pass me then follow behind them into the arena. There's another group coming behind though and if there is a jam at the door it can get ugly. One of the mornings a bull turned around at the arena door and we caught stuck behind it with the other pack closing in. Fortunately the bull herders got the wayward bull on track - this is something they don't tell in the video you is that there are herders who run with the bulls and they generally keep the bulls going forward (and they will smack the shit out of you if you really cause any trouble with their bulls).
