  16. The fact that he didn't drop the kitchen knife after the being knocked down with a bean-bag shot says he was certainly mentally unstable. Notice he was just walking away when they lit him up. He wasn't rushing the cops or anyone but no they had to pump him full of rounds. At that point what does it matter that they used non-lethal force when they resorted to 5 cops blazing away not giving the suspect any chance of survival at that point?
