  1. conservative law makers need abortion banned because typically those who seek abortion are poor and potentially single mothers which by the laws of probability is likely to create children who will continually get in trouble with the law and thus eventually will be incarcerated in a profit-run prison. The anti-abortion supporters are ensuring future profits for those prisons and the current legal system that depends on criminals to justify their jobs and expenditures.

Those poor wouldn't get an abortion to begin with so there's no reason to pass a law to prevent them from doing something they wouldn't do anyway. No these laws are aimed at the undesirable poor who they see as moochers and democrat voters. In their minds, these people will get abortions to avoid having kids they can't afford to raise. That's the target of the anti-abortionists because there is a higher chance of the children born in those environments who will turn to crime and thus feed the system of private prisons and the legal system of cops, judges, lawyers, bail bondsmen, etc...
