  1. I'm for prosecuting and punishing bottom to top. Sure the top authorized the torture but it was the lower level guys who came up with the sick shit and carried it out when they could have said no or found a different way that didn't involve shoving hummus up someone's ass. This group should be punished the harshest then followed up with the higher ups who signed off on this all the way up to Bush and Cheney - especially Cheney for whom torture is only part of his crimes.
