  1. The cult should be seen as primarily Anti-Liberal in everything they think and do. This is a result of decades of a steady diet of rabid rightwing rhetoric wrapped in flags and Bible pages while painting liberals as unpatriotic, unChristian, and essentially the enemy of the country. But until Trump, the GOP only paid the cult lip service then Trump came along like a Pied Piper and hijacked the base out from under the GOP because a con man knows how to con people. They've made him their leader because 1) he speaks their lingo and 2) the amount of hatred he gets from liberals. If liberals don't like him, he must be good by their cult logic.
