  2. Chris Hollier because it's a ridiculous worry and claim. We live in a society where we fret over some poor using their welfare to buy beer while we have government officials using government money on hookers and blackjack while corporations bribe our elected officials. We have far bigger issues that affect all of us than if somebody is buying a tattoo.
