  1. I wish Obama was as liberal as conservatives make him out to be in their Chicken-Little-Sky-Is-Falling scenario that he is some kind of socialist communist demagogue. As to why no outcry then? Reagan had good PR whereas by the 2000s political identification especially with diehard conservatives had become so polarized and hating "libs" had become their favorite pastime that it was ok if their guy did it but not if the other guy did
