This is one of the reasons why the rightwing is collectively unhinged - after more than a decade of fear and hate mongering they have really lost themselves in paranoia and anger that they cannot make logical arguments or react rationally. Living overseas I have people from completely different countries and continents asking me what's wrong with US conservatives. Even conservatives of other countries thinks ours are plain crazy
