  3. Property > Human Life in Gun-lovin' 'Murica! If the guy didn't murder his wife, this is a case where the paranoia of gun owners led to yet another senseless death. They have got people like this man so scared that they won't even say "freeze!" because home invader is such a scary word that they have to be shot immediately without any attempt at recognition. Being Texas, though, he'll probably get a parade and more guns.
