  1. David Pakman Show Have to respectively disagree with you. Thomas's comments were off the cuff to some guy ambushing her in public. She wasn't a politician who votes on policies but a journalist and at that time someone taking a walk who has a right to her personal opinion. It was a rightwing assassination job that worked like a charm because they know liberals will turn on each in a moment as they did with Thomas; meanwhile rightwing pundits have continued to espouse all forms of sexism and bigotry with little to no censure.  It's one thing to disagree with Thomas and criticize her but to try to ruin her entire career and life as many sought to do over one statement was not fair in the slightest. And in way the rightwing scored a double goal - 1) they got rid of a leftist nemesis and ruined her reputation thus in their minds negating any of her criticisms throughout her career and 2) at the same time they "proved" the conspiracy theory of those rightwing nutjobs out there who believe in a zionist-controlled media that they were right. Since the zionist-media also controls the government according to the theory, this keeps that rightwing base anti-government while voting Republican or Tea Party.
