  1. Monsanto should be protested just for being Monsanto but as for GMOs in general people do have cause for concern - margarine, saccharine, nutra-sweet, corn-syrup, tons of additives. These were things that we were told were not harmful and in fact healthier than their natural counterpart. So there is precedent of chemically changing foods or creating artificials and additives being harmful or at least potentially harmful.

  2. you know what would really help world hunger? Actually giving a shit and stop destroying food. We have had more than enough food without GMOs to feed the world over.
