I've said atheism is a religion but mainly just to piss off the militant ones who can't see that they are as dogmatic as fundamentalists but it is not an organized entity. However, secularism is even less than that because you can have people who are religious or spiritual or agnostic who are secular when it comes to government and society in general. Secularism was a founding principle of this country and the government this moron worked for.
