  1. We live in a world where people achieve wealth and fame ending up addicted to drugs, gambling, sex, etc... and a fair number are suicidal. It shows how empty such "success" is when so many "successful" people are miserable. It also doesn't help that this drive for "success" is fueling vast resource consumption leading to exploitation, wars, crime, and environmental destruction.
