Now if Alaska, Washington State, Oregon and California were ever to secede from the USA and British Columbia were to cut ties with Ottawa, we might "consider" joining forces and become part of a new country called Cascadia. We would of only join if there was Universal Healthcare and major Gun Control laws in effect, otherwise it would be a total non-starter. Both Hollywood and Hollywood North would be in Cascadia.
