  1. I'm a Boomer, in age demographic only, born in 1955. I've always had a progressive attitude growing up Gay in the 60's and 70's while attending my share of of protest marches. I completely understand the frustration of the Gen X'ers and Millennials with the various ways of how some Boomers screwed planet and everyone's future by ignoring the obvious signs.

Speaking as a Progressive Boomer, our generation tried hard to emulate "Leave it to Beaver" "Father Knows Best" and "The Brady Bunch". All of it was totally unattainable and yet we believed that's the way real families were supposed to be. "All in the Family" with Archie Bunker was our first attempt at reality along with the "Smothers Brothers" The same propaganda "created through government, media and hollywood and at school"...and at home with our parents and Grandparents, who were also fed the same BS.
