  1. joos day Having been an out gay man of 62 (coming out at age 17), I've discovered that only a small percentage of men who identify as gay are effeminate. Working in a popular gay bar for 12 years gave me a ringside seat to gay life. Most seem to be "the regular guy next door type". As for effeminate males fighting ISIS, please remember that it was the Drag Queens who fought at Stonewall. I've personally witnessed a very tough drag queen taking on a number of very masculine young men and kicking their asses.
