@neolithictransitrevolution427 There have been three major nuclear reactor accidents where significant core damage (meltdown) occurred: Three Mile Island, Chernobyl, and Fukushima Daiichi. While there have been other incidents with core damage, these three are the most well-known and impactful.

This marked the first time in history that a nuclear power plant had been attacked, overrun, and occupied by an invading army.
