  1. It must be my Canadianness showings as I found nothing "heated" about this debate. Mutually respectful, informative and entertaining, but heated? I grew up in a family which definitely had "heated discussions" and this was not even close.

Did anyone else noted that when Dr. Wolff suggested that perhaps four million Americans became millionaires last year, the interviewer was so proud with his correct answer of 500,000. I would have thought Capitalism would be producing a multitude of millionaires if it's so good.
