  1. Levitating Gaming As do I, sitting in Vancouver, remembering my Angioplasty I had back in July of 2016. Our single-payer government funded Canadian healthcare foot the ($20,00.00+) bill. I was never sent a bill, but enquired as to what it would have cost had I been in a U.S. hospital for the same procedure, on my way out the door after a 7 day stay. P.S.: The food was great.
