As a side-bar, I also think what you really want is someone who speaks the same vernacular of English as you.

As for being a patriot: The major disadvantage of patriotism is the hatred developed by a person towards other country citizens...Patriotism is sometimes acting as a speed breaker for thinking and makes us believe that foreigners are our enemies, without analysing their actual nature and ignoring humanity.

  3.  sunrisespark  Well aware of the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) scams here in Canada originating in India and the immigration deportation scams for Chinese students and immigrants from China originating here in Canada or possibly off-shore. Who knows anymore. The Canadian government and cell phone providers are working to come up fix soon...I hope.
