@TGWazoo1 Purge? Be careful what you wish for. I wouldn't put it past the Orange Mango south of us to suggest a "Purge" in his country. That will be a wake-up call for Canadian border towns and not in a good way.

...meanwhile...our very own "mini Trump" wanna be is lying-in-wait. Careful what you wish for. At age 70, I'm just a little tired of federal elections, where it's always either Liberal or Conservative. Perhaps we should try an NDP/Green Party combo for 4 years? Couldn't be any worse than what we've been experiencing for the past 50 years.

@CrackerSmith "Yeah they need to end all this woke stuff." Let's see how that "non-woke" population adjusts to their upcoming changes in the next four years. Better yet, let's see how their government survives with not increasing their national debt in the new right now. There's going to be a lot of US government employees without a paycheck over Christmas, but it's those damn "woke" people causing all the problems. Trump loves the uneducated for a reason.

BC Hydro is a British Columbia Crown Corporation. We, the residents of BC own it. It is not a privately owned company. It was the BC Liberals, not to be confused in any way with the ruling federal Liberal's, who ignored their own government report and started construction. When they lost the election, the new NDP government had no choice but to forge ahead, even breaking their election promise of shutting it down. This is how it was presented to us.

@mastershaun6412 "Joys of voting for left wing government." You obviously seem to have missed what's happening south of the 49th, where they voted for a right wing government with a rapist and convicted felon in charge. I'll stay here in BC.
