Though it's the most expensive city in Canada, (average house prices slightly less than $1,000,000.00), I choose to live in Metro Vancouver, BC because of its cultural diversity, extremely mild climate (compared to the rest of the country), better employment opportunities and "left of centre" politics.

As of this writing we have 118,140 total infections, 348 new infections today, 8962 total deaths and 4 new deaths today. Compare that to the USA 4,973,155 total infections, 54,735 new infections today, 161,578 total deaths and 1,200 new deaths today. Canada's population is 37.59 million compared to the USA 328.2 million. You're in deep doo doo and are too dumb to realize it. I live in Metro Vancouver, BC known for its' record rainfalls, mild winters and little snowfall. Whenever I mention about retiring to somewhere warm, year round, my partner reminds me (being from Central America originally) that along with warmer tropical weather comes, bigger bugs and much larger spiders, snakes and diseases. After a few moments of critical thought, I really am glad I'm living here, in one of the more mild climates of Canada...with much smaller bugs, spiders and snakes. I'm really should be more concerned with the eventual and long overdue mega earthquake.
