But she would have been absolutely correct and not the least bit anti-Semitic. I am a White, settler, Canadian and if I refer to Justin Trudeau as a bit of a grifter, that doesn't make me anti-Canadian, it just means I'm not a huge fan, though he (along with Jagmeet Singh, NDP leader) saved my bacon financially during the pandemic. Telling you I'm not a fan of a particular US government administration and their policies, doesn't make me anti-American. For this discussion, over the decades, I have interacted with many wonderful Canadians and Americans and a minute few from both countries, who weren't.
