@Ben Dover She's a self described Democratic Socialist, like Bernie also a self described Democratic Socialist. They're both very well liked among progressives. If you would agree that there are various types of capitalism around the globe. Canadian capitalism is very different than what is practiced in the USA. There are also various forms of Socialism around the world as well. Canada has a very large, social safety net (including single-payer healthcare) which would be considered Socialism and yet is entirely different than Venezuela. There are many variations in between. You put in the things that work and rework the things that don't.
