Cyrus appearing on state owned Chinese television is the equivalent of a Chinese student living in the US appearing on Voice of America (the state owned broadcaster) or in Canada on the CBC (the state owned broadcaster) or Britain's BBC (the state owned broadcaster) RT America (the Russian state owned broadcaster) Are you seeing a pattern here?
