  1. I fully expect congress to do an insurance company bailout. Whitehouse is just one voice of many calling for the need here. Too much property has been developed recently without adequate insurance backing for inevitable mass scale natural disasters. Part of any such bail out should include requiring common sense precautions like didn't happen with theses latest CA fires.
