Well, this should not be a problem if there is no petrodollar agreement. To satisfy the demand on petrodollar, the USA has shifted from train to anything that needs petrol such as cars, motorcycles, commercial jets, plastics, etc. The result is environmental damage to the world. Even nowadays, to compete with China's EV, the USA allies have given massive tax to EV and benefits ICE car manufacturing.

@Funkywallot The question is if the USA did not obey the Kyoto protocols and other environmental regulations, why China and Russia who have veto rights and invented the UN along with the USA, the UK and France, should follow the USA rules. The WTO has forced the 200 countries to open their market for international trades but there are old laws in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and NZ that prevent other imports dairy products to enter those countries. That's why you can't find the USA milk products in Canada, the UK, Australia and NZ and vice versa. Thus, why do the 200 countries need to obey the WTO rules that forbid barriers to exports to other countries while those 5 eyes nations do not entitle to the WTO rules?
