@djun7970 Indonesia 1945 Constitution law is the paramount of any laws in Indonesia. Hence all laws should not be against this constitutional law.
That law has been amended many times. The mastermind of this amendment law was Amin Rais, the father of the reformation movement. He got a scholarship from the Fullbright Foundation.
In short, the law stated that any Indonesian has the right to elect and be elected. The law also guaranteed that any decisions made by the Constitutional Court cannot be changed and anyone including the government bodies should follow through.
Historically, the Indonesia Constitutional Court has made two unusual decisions.
The first unusual decision was when Patrialis Akbar, a National Mandate party member (PAN) from west Sumatra (This province was known for supporting Islamist fundamental movements since the Soekarno era) who also was a constitutional court made a decision to cancel any laws related to nepotism and collusion.
The 2nd unusual decision was recently this court also cancelled any laws that ruled out dynasty politics.
So until the end of the world, it will be illegal to have laws that manage the forbidden collusion, nepotism and dynasty politics. The funny thing is these decisions are against the People Consultative Assembly of Republic Indonesia (MPR) rule as stated on Tap MPR no XI that was made in 1999.
This is evidence that any USA graduate has no competence to change anything. If the Indonesian constitutional law doesn't guarantee that the constitutional court decision can be amended, no one can do corruption, collusion and nepotism in Indonesia.
Thus, this is why Amin Rais, the Indonesian reformation movement leader has elected his three sons to sit as the Indonesian parliament members.
This is also the reason why SBY, the former Indonesian president who graduated from the US military education has elected his 15 family members as Indonesian parliament members, 3 brothers-in-law as the Indonesian state bank BNI, the chief of Indonesia special force and his party leader.
This is also the reason why Megawati has elected her daughter as a member of Indonesia's house representative through his party, Indonesia's Democratic of Struggle Party (PDIP)
This is also the reason why Anies Baswedan who has two scholarships from the Fullbright Foundation has elected his cronies Bambang Widjoyanto as the chief of the Jakarta Governor team for accelerated development (TGUPP) and Geiz Khalifah as the Jakarta province-owned enterprise Ancol's commissioner.
FYI, Bambang Widjoyanto was the former price chairman of Indonesia's Corruption eradication in the SBY regime.
Geiz was Anies Baswedan's campaign supporter in the Jakarta governor election. who is from the same ethnicity as Anies Baswedan.

@AndriYanto-x2h bro, Gibran's uncle has used his right when one has asked if an individual under 40 could become a leader. He has his view that one under 40 would be a better leader if he has experience as a regional head. He did not mention his nephew's name there. So what is wrong with that decision and what is different from what SBY has done by appointing his brother-in-law as the CEO of a state-owned bank, BNI and what is different from what Amin Rais did by appointing his three children to be members of the Indonesia parliament?
However, this decision should be valid if that person has won the election. So there is no nepotism on this matter compared to what has happened to Anies' cronies such as Gaez Khalifah. He was appointed by some people who were elected by Aneis Baswedan, without any people's voice. This is what Amin Rias has done after appointing his three children to be Indonesian parliament members. He originally appointed 4 children but only 3 were elected and won the elections.
it would be best if you blamed Amin Rais who Amended Indonesia's basic law (UUD 45). Because of him, Constitutional court law was made. He only graduated with a master's degree certificate from Fullbright but had no experience creating any laws in the USA after he finished studying in the USA.
Many Constitutional court decisions are killing anti-corruption, collusion and nepotism movements that cannot be fixed due to the amended Indonesia's basic law, thanks to Amin Rais. For example, the Constitutional court decision on Indonesia's attorney general law. They rejected the wording of collusion and nepotism in that law. The result of their decision is that Indonesian attorney Generals would not be able to bring people who have committed collusion and nepotism to jail forever. That's why no one has been sent to jail because of collusion and nepotism. That's why SBY appointed his brother-in-law as the CEO of a state-owned bank, BNI for Cashcow before he was elected as Indonesia president. So did Anies Baswedan who appointed his crony, Gaez Khalifah as the commissioner of a local government-owned company, Ancol., as a cash cow before this coming presidential election. The constitutional court also cancelled any laws related to dynasty politics. That's why Amin Rais can appoint his sons as Indonesian parliament members and his son-in-law as the head of the Ummah party. Adnan Buyung Nasution once declared nepotism and collusion when SBY appointed his son to be the leader of the democratic party. So this declaration should apply to Amin Rais too.
If a general and the head of the reform movement have done nepotism, corruption and collusion, why can't other people do the same things as those people? Both of those people have graduated from the USA universities and both are Muslims.
