Geopolitic is made to create a balance as the USA has faild to do so. It has acted like in the colonialism era. If it cannot behave, let's starts making a competition. The good thing is Russia and China are willing to take part as the USA counterparts.

In fact, the US is trying hard to include all ex Soviet allies to be members of EU for their cheap labours. The US also appointed Vietnam, which is a communist country to replace China for its cheap labours. This is for real a modern slavery practice.

China economy is shrunk? Not really. It still grows better than the USA (5.3% - China vs 4.7% USA) with better inflation (1% - China vs 4.3% - USA). Africa is corrupt continent? Gees Corruption index is made of people perception that can be manipulated. Beside in the world there is only one NGO who manages Corruption index world wide. This NGO is a western NGO who is heavily fed by the USA allies. That's why India has closed one of them called Amnesty International. The USA also has million paid NGOs world wide to manipulate people perception especially in non- uSA allies countries. European?   14.  @ASpyNamedJames  what has happened now is the USA and its allies take more taxes on EV cars and more tax credit on the EV cars that don't use China products. As a result is the sale of EV cars dropped in the USA allies. This will effect to the sale of petroleum. That's why ExxonMobil has recorded its new world record in net profit and the USA can fund the wars in Israel, Ukraine and pacific. The USA is so predictable.
