  1.  @Jakey4000  I was told that the NZ central bank rates would stay at 4%, minimum. This is double than prior Covid. More and more employees have work from home during weekend as part of job offer. They don't spend money to local restaurants or caffes during the weekend. Parking fees in some cities like Auckland are 1.5 times more expensive than the meals at McDonald. Australia is greener than NZ. It pays top NZ people double than in NZ.
