@pepepleaseplay nah China has never been the main escalator. They have bigger population than the USA. It is funny if each country GDP cannot exceed the USA GDP. Countries like China and India with bigger population should exceed the USA GDP. However the USA doesn't want that to happen. Historically China will always loose having wars with western and wars are not their cultures. That's why China will always hand on hand with Russia. Seriously many countries in ASEAN are tired having relationship with the USA. They keep pushing their agenda, lying on investments, manipulating data etc just to make them a super power country. Having a country without a super power country with its strong dominated currency is the best option for everyone.

@pepepleaseplay The USA with Duterte was in power could not enter South China sea. Singapore doesn't agree its water being used for a war. So does Indonesia and Philippine. PNG was at China side. That's why NZ, Australia and USA bought PNG with facilities like fiber optic internet, new cities etc. This way also has been used to some pacific islands such as Vanuatu who almost lost its country due to climate change.

That's why million people are happy to see western are struggling for living by controlling demand on natural resources that the western needs and try hard to be independent, moving away from being dependable to western.

ASEAN is enough with the USA. When the USA was the only superpower country, it pushed its agenda, manipulated its currency that make ASEAN countries poorer just because the USA was worried that ASEAN will reach the USA in economy.
