Reports from some sources are that russia has lost a large number of tanks and other military equipment as well as suffering many casualties in its Andriivka offensive and has gained very little, except in the north but at a huge cost. Elsewhere two more naval vessels have sustained damage but the dry docks are full. The failure is on the part of Ukraine’s allies and their slow drip feed support. Any defeat lies with them.
