@GREGGFOWL ah yes, Chelsea still spending money every season while transfer banned, that makes sense. Lampard also got to numerous finals. Its not hard to see the success. The best managers in the world develop players. Name one player Gerrard developed.

@pepsiaxe2937 and look at how good Mount and Tomori have developed into elite players. Notice Wilson, the LiVARpool player has twindled into nothingness. Lampard can develop talent, Klopp cant.

@GREGGFOWL thats not what I said, when Lampard came in they were under a transfer ban, thats when we saw a lot of young talent. Mount, James, Tomori etc
