@Miss Manawaka Probably not,I think i read or heard since posting that the DNA swab, taken from the bite wound of the victim, was misplaced then turned up again. That would make sense as surely anyone who had access to something would have gotten rid of it,either that or she didn't have access. It must have played on her mind that advances in crime detection and low copy DNA could lead them to her, being a police officer and all. Who knows what's been playing on her mind, certainly very nervous in the interview, she looked like Jim C some of the time.
How long has she been in now,12 years? She'll most likely be out in another 10 or 15 years, depending. She certainly isn't wired right.
Would something like that be kept somewhere else under the direct jurisprudence of the district attorney, due to changes,or somewhere seperate rather than the police evidence room?

I was lay in a hospital bed my third day in with Pneumonia and asked the nurse stood next to me 'If she could just fill my jug with water'? She only had to turn around fill it and put it on my across bed table but she said "No, all the jugs were going to be refilled soon and it would mess up the order of how the water went". It made no sense whatsoever as people drink at different times and amounts. I had the choice of waiting halfcan hour for the next delivery of fresh jugs and top ups,or, get out of bed and top it up myself then go through the excruciating pain of what comes with Pneumonia on lying back down again, after standing and moving. Then later that night shift at about 3am my anti biotic had just started to work, to kick in as my chest started tickling and i couldn't help but cough, so I pursed my lips together so I could try and keep the noise down and really tried not to disturb the other patients. Only myself and another guy called Paul were awake. And from the coridor next to our ward (6 beds in it) I heard the nurse and this African porter guy say "Shut the f**k up" the nurse said "I know" I was in there a week and apart from that it was fine, but I recall her and the porter guy, orderly, whatever his title were the only rude ones, I've thought that maybe I should have complained but I let it go. They have enough on their plate than to be dealing with something relatively trivial, but the other side of me thinks, that they could be upsetting more people and getting away with worse with older and more fragile patients.
