@teufelhunden3606 Well I believe that there will be as in nature there is nothing that we know of that is singular apart from the observable universe and even that we can't be sure of. Where there is one occurring phenomena there will be others. The fact we are here suggests that there will be others. It's an interesting topic to think about rather than just ignoring it but if that's how you want to view it then that's up to you of course.

Complete waste of time trying to contact alien civilisations. You'll get planets as advanced as ours sending out feelers and looking but advanced civilisations are already here watching us. They don't let themselves known because they know it will cause problems. Imagine all the Christians and Muslims and Jewish and others that will say it's fake anyway and lots of them will kick off, it would cause problems, we aren't ready yet for them. Were still really backward, religion, all of it is grotesquely untrue and it's blatantly obvious, but if countries bring up their kids to believe in it it'll still happen and for a very long time still. We also aren't ready for that level of advancement that these beings have. They must be thousands if not millions of years advanced. And they'll know to only tease us with sightings, until we are ready.
