According to Det sup intendent David Swindle (The bald detective in this doc) The DNA found on Helen Puttock's Tights didn't match Tobin. And also Tobin was on his honeymoon, according to his ex wife, when one of the other young ladies was murdered by Bible John..

@jtasken You might have a point there dude. After all didn't Tobin like sex when his wives were on. Almost like because these women that BJ murdered were menstruating he got off (Tobin) on that with his wife. I haven't looked into it since the bald detective said it couldn't have been Peter Tobin but after reading your thoughts on it it makes me wonder. P.s Have you really researched it that much? What about Tobin wife saying that they were in their Honeymoon when one murder occurred. 👍
