  1. There's no way that where I live people would leave a dog like this. It's leafy and a nice place to live here in the suburbs in England but still I can't understand how anyone anywhere wouldn't help this poor animal. Makes me wonder if there are a lot of Ferrell pets over there and people are used to it.
