  4. Only point 2 stands, though. No such thing as a defence, effectively. A judge can rule whatever they want, as this last decade has shown very clearly.

  5. If there is anything this last decade has shown, its that the law is whatever the judge say it is. Have you forgotten that, and all the nonsense charges against trump, literally without a shred of evidence and formal law? This is an open and shut case by comparison.. But fair point, I have never heard of a hilariously partisan right winger judge.
