  1. Wow. Most people in europe change once every two years, and thats it. This is also what the car manufacturers of most european cars recommend. Also, this test shows that it is a sound policy. Changing oil multuple times a year seems to be an american thing, which I guess have lived on since old times when oil and engines were bad. Who is going to tell you that you dont need to change that often? They will gladly take your money, even when its not needed.
