  2.  @Born_Stellar  Nothing against you, but would really like to hear the reasoning of the OP on the questions I asked. In any case, you are correct, but solution is a pipe dream. The character O'Brien from Orwells "1984" is correct, the ordinary people will never rise up in meaningful numbers/hold their leaders accountable. Just not in their nature. So a better/more realistic solution is needed or another form or rule entirely.
