  1. ​ @vivusthevivusthing6182  Disagree on even the "technically" point. If they added "alleged" in there, it could have some, if small, merit. Without it, thats not how english work as far as I am aware. You cant say or write someone does something because of something that never took place even if they believe it themselves, without further qualifications in the text.
