  2. ​​​ @ronniemaclaine5234 It should, but its a very small minority that cares about the consitution and it effectively isnt much practical use these days. And hasnt been for hundreds of years. Tons of laws are unconsitutional since many, many decades with little attention given. Realistically, you might as well not have a constitution, it makes very little difference in practice as can be seen.
