  1. Maturing = falling in line. Become NPC. No, this isnt a joke, this is genuinly how a lot of people think, dare I say a majority? It probably is. To them, "acting out" is for small children, an adult obeys.

  3.  @onionfarmer3044  Yes, I absolutely understand it, I am pretty familiar with evolutionary psychology and know that its even ingrained in our genes. You needed a strong tribe were everyone pulls the same way to face threats, be it by nature itself or other humans. So you are indeed correct. It still doesnt make me a big fan of the phenomena though, when it manifests itself like the OP above.

  5.  @Wolf_ManJack  Yeah, maybe. Never watched idubbz or know anything about him, so I could well have got the timeline wrong. I got the impression this came out of a vacuum and was just a way to pre empt. Seems I was misinformed. Thanks for the correction.
